MY FIRST DAY IN TORONTO

I remember the night when I said to my family and my friend “good bye”. When I took a plane the time was running slowly and I felt bored. I was wondering what is kind of country I am going to? How are the people over there? Will I like the people

lifestyle over there? And when I will come back to my country? I thought it will be a new life to me. The distance was so far. I was exhausted. I slept tiredly. Suddenly, a child was crying loudly. I thought I slept one hour, but it was only ten minutes. I was really exhausted. When I was setting on a chair; a stewardess offered to me a glass of water. I took the water and I gulped it down. After six hours, they announce that we arrived to London. Then, we spent two hours in London. Next I took another plane to Toronto. After six hours, I arrived in Toronto. when I got off the plane, I was worried. I did not know what I should to do. I thought my luggage was in London. Then, I

went to find out where is my luggage. After fourteen minutes I found it. Then, I did not know where I should go. I had Yueli’s number, but unfortunately, my cell phone ran out of battery. I could not do any things. I thought I will spend that day in airport. Then, I asked some one in airport and he told me that you should stand with this people. I stood with them. Then a customs stamped my passport. After that, I gave up

to call Yueli institute. After I finished from customs, I took my baggage and I sit in hall. Suddenly, I saw one guy hold a paper and he wrote on it Yueli institute. I was very a glad when I saw him. Then, he took me and we grabbed a taxi. When I was in

the taxi, I was looking at streets, buildings and people, every thing were different from my country. The weather when I came to Toronto was very nice, because I came at summer. Despite of the exhaustion that I felt during the trip, I enjoyed so much when I saw Toronto. It was the first time and it was really a new life. The weather, buildings and culture were not like my country. After half hour, we arrived at residence of Yueli institute. Then they gave me a key of my room. After that when I opened my room, I jumped on my bed and I slept.
